Not much of a Bohemian pils. Just some mash malt. Pours golden with ok head. Tangy cloying finish. Tap at Doghaus.

Draft at source. This is like an old school fruit beer. The ones made by brewpubs 15 years ago. It's gas some apricot syrup and no actual apricot flavor. You'd be surprised this was meant to be an apricot beer. Think Magic Hat #9, the base beer is decent if not dull.

$2.99 can from Gilly's, Rockville, MD. Pours clear golden with lots of carbonation up the sides of the glass and a small white head. Aroma is grass, green and brown leaves. Flavor is brown leaves, toasted malt, green grass. Very plain, very ordinary. Drinkable, but not pleasant. EDITING TO ADD: the longer this beer is in my glass the less I like it. Gets thinner and waterier too...

Draft at Max's. Pretty useless beer. Looks ugly, dirty golden swamp water. The flavors are super artificial and a wasteful beer underneath. I can't say much about this useless thing.

12oz bottle. Dark brown, not black color. Aroma is moderate unfermented black malt syrup. Potent black malts that are sharp but not bitter, raw. Flavor is lightly mineral ash and char. Old tea like aspect as well. Light body.

On tap at the BNA Party last week. Deep brown color with a decent mocha head. Roasty earthy aroma with faint hints of dark dried fruit. More roast and earth in the flavor. Decent session.
