30/11/2024. Can shared at Ulfborg tasting. Pours dark brown with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is malty, toffee, bready, slightly peppery. Quite sweet but it’s fine.

Can @Ulfborg. Threatening gusher. Clear amber, whuge fluffy offwhite head. Toffee and caramel aroma, some peppery yeast. Yeasty, heavy caramely flavour. Peppery, spicy yeast in the finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some caramel and biscuity tones. Flavour is caramel, some toffee, mild floral, fruity and some wooden tones. Far from NEIPA. More like a rather malty sweet, but still resiny IPA.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Coppery brown colour, small white head. Aroma is toffee, some toasted, mild yeasty and spicy tones to it. Flavour is smoked wet wood, some mild yeasty, toffeeish and toasted tones with mild earthy tones. Strange, but I kind of like it.
