Draught at source: hazy with white head. Feels large without necessarily being so. Not too sweet. Big fruity aromas. Body medium, at least.

On tap at Miel, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma seems to have less habanero than the “Just a Bit More”, with light pickle character. Flavour has a kick that lingers on and on, with pickle juice that is fairly subdued. Quite the burn, but again, the base beer doesn't showcase the pepper that well.

On tap at Miel, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of pickles and roasted habaneros — the smell without the spice. Flavour is spicy, but also very pickle-y, with intense pickle juice at the core, with spicy habanero on top. This needs a better base beer to showcase the habanero. Meh.

On tap at Miel, pours black with a small frothy brown head. Aroma is like sniffing oxidized, dry peanut butter with some cocoa in back. Flavour is like a glass of liquid peanut butter powder, with cocoa and attenuated out sugars. That's gotta be the PB powder. Not very sophisticated.

On tap at Miel, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of spruce tips, piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is dry and sprucey, with tons of spruce tips, piney hops, and dry biscuity malt. Attenuated our pretty well, with huge spruce. Good stuff.

On tap at Miel, pours a clear copper with a tiny white head. Aroma has subdued pomegranate, a touch of cranberry, and light wild yeast. Flavour has dry-ish, tart cranberry and pomegranate, with a touch of champagne yeast. Fermented fairly dry, like a beer Prosecco. Pleasant.

On tap at Miel, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp crackery malt and some grassy hops. Flavour is crisp, with spicy hops, light grass and crisp crackery malt. Needs way more hops, but is structured well despite the spicier residual sweetness. Decent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus and resin. Slick body, resin, citrus, light bitterness, very good.
