Tap at Salon piva. Red wine version. Thin body, medium carbonation. Med-light sourness, light tartness and bitterness and sweetness. The red wine juice shows cleanly in an otherwise clean beer, defining an easy drinking, slightly fruity experiment. Not very weizeny, rather winey, but good.

Tap at Salon piva. Thin body, high carbonation. High bitterness, low sweetness. Aggressive hop-burny hoppiness, grassy and earthy, combines with a sulfury eggy water character, to produce an astringent, hard to drink lager, despite being rather watery. Average.

Beer from brewery pack. Surprisingly clear yellow golden color with medium long lasting white head.Light aroma of wheat, banana esters. Taste is clearly wheat, fruity esters not only with banana, phenols are not present. All in all good weizen.

Bottle from brewery pack. Deep golden color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, very light hops. Taste starts malty, followed by light hoppy bitternees. Bit strange sourness in finish. Light oxidation is also present. Overall more or less OK.

Tap at Salon piva. Medium body, rather high carbonation. High bitterness, with slightly sharp grassy edge, light caramelly sweetness. Light oxidation detracting from tge otherwise solid hoppy center of the flavour profile, classic moderate citrusy piney hops character. Overall good but not great.

Tap at brewery restaurant. Dark Amber color with off-white head. Clear caramel ina aroma with ligth sourness, homeopatic amount of hops. Taste us mainly caramel, harsh hoppy bitterness, notes of citrus, surprisingly alcohol in finish. Medium bodied.
