2nd hazy? This month? Moving on.. Quite bitter and resinous for the style. Bold flavors I suppose. Oh. Kveik yeast. Eastery. Approximates the style but doesn't have that pleasant soft melon tone or really any malt feel. I really hate Kveik yeast, but this is still drinkable and flavorful.

16oz can. Oily coffee aroma. This is a few months old and has some faint sourness going on, seems mildly infected. Decent chocolate malt tones, would have been a lot nicer without the coffee addition I'm sure.

16oz can. Full out Milkshake beer of a few years back. Builds on that sweet orange creamsicle concept....but upon closer inspection, kind of cool that it gets the orange tone from just the hops, no fruit syrup/extract additions, mild vanilla and cinnamon. Good for the style.

16oz can. Thick, opaque orange body. Oily residue of a head. Tastes like most other smoothie sours...lots of artificial fruit tone, sugary. Not an impressive beer, but an OK beverage.

Growler from Petskull. Crystal clear orange-tan body. Pretty tasty beer, true to style bitterness coupled with a really clean mouthfeel. Great balance, which is what makes the style work for me. Full bodied, but in no way overbearing. Pink grapefruit, light pine neo-classical C-Hops, perhaps some Strata in there? Really enjoyable toasty malt body, solid hop tone.

Sample at the 2022 McFleshman’s Lager Fest, 10/1/22. Hazy yellow, thin white head, good retention. Aroma of lemon, pale malt. Taste is stone fruit, tropical fruit, lime. Mild bitterness.

Sample at the 2022 McFleshman’s Lager Fest, 10/1/22. Hazy yellow, large white head, good retention. Aroma of wheat, stone fruit, funk. Taste is caramel, butter, stone fruit. New brewery! Brewery #2114, USA #1715, Wisconsin #190. Not a good introduction to this brewery.
