Description
The Jouster Bierbrouwerij was founded in mid-2018. The brewery is located in a striking, old building in the center of old Joure. It is therefore the only beer brewery in the originally craft village of Joure. What started as an interesting "home hobby" grew into plans for a commercial, small brewery.

Various types of top-fermenting beers are brewed in the brewery, entirely according to its own recipe. The beers are marketed under the name "Van Baerdt". The name Van Baerdt beer was chosen because of the strong connection that the name Van Baerdt has with Joure.

Fles gekocht op vakantie, geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een amberkleurig bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een moutige wat caramelachtige geur. De smaak is moutig, zacht kruidig en warm.

Fles 33cl in Terherne. Zurig, honing, zoet, grainy, moutig, licht boozy, redelijk koolzuur, kruidig, sinaasappelschil. Niet helemaal in balans. (4-9-2020).
