Bottle (kindly provided by Quack-Duck): Clear, golden, mid-sized, quickly diminishing white head, moderate sweet-malty nose with bisquity traces, accomponied by a discreet fruitiness and almost a tinge of hops and toasted malt; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, medium bodied; shorter sweet-bitter finish, sometimes a bit fruity. Not so convincing..........

(33cl swing top bottle, with thanks to Stefan !) Cloudy, bright yellow colour with a solid foamy white head. Yeasty, moderately sweet and distinctively wheaty aroma with a light citrus fruity touch. Sweet flavour with a light acidic touch, soft-grainy, wheaty and yeasty taste with a subtle fruity touch; light to medium bodied, medium carbonation; medium-dry, slightly sour, malty finish with a whiff of herbal hops. Brewed with barley and wheat-malt, but bottom-fermenting yeast, it reminds me a bit of the Aitermoser by Falter in Hof.

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Cloudy, yellow colour with a huge and dense foamy white head. Light-sweet, moderately acidic wheat-malty aroma with notes of citrus and light cloves in the background. Sourish, slightly sweet flavour, wheaty and yeasty taste with distinctive notes of citrus; light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel; citrousy, slightly tart and soapy finish. Okay, might be refreshing in the summertime.
