Tap at Cap Tap. Pours rather perry color with a white smear. Applish aroma. Near med body. It’s dry, and has a lot of apple skin. There’s a slight tart/sour aspect in the finish. Might be citrus. Decent cider.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours translucent slightly golden perry color. Nice ginger aroma. Near med body. Flavor is smoothly, reasonably gingered cider. Almost like pear, but not quite. Cider for sushi! I really, really like this. Ginger!!!
