Bottled (thanks McTapps!). Hazy orange colour, mediumsized, slightly off-white head. Aroma is alcohol, wheat, some yeast and mild bready notes. Flavour is wheat, alcohol, some sweetness, mild spices and yeast. Unbalanced, and too few other flavours giving it something for balance makes this one a rather dull brew.

33 cl bottle @ PBF Ⅸ, BBE 02.12.2014
Aroma is a bit odd with citrus and feels sour. Flavour is tart with lactic tones, citrus and fruit juice. Looks and tastes like orange juice. Unusual but refreshing.

Bottled@PBF IX. Hazy golden colour, white mediumsized head. Aroma is wheat, some acidic notes as well as some slight spices and a bit sour. Flavour is sourness, some wood and mild toffee. Probably not meant to be this tart.

330ml bottle @ PBF IX

Pours hazy yellow with a smooth head. Aroma of tartish notes, berries, citrus, hints of rye. Taste is wheaty, midlly tart, smokish and citrusy with hints of berries. Finish is citrusy and wheaty with some yeastiness and rye notes. Quite strange, but somehow I like this.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a short and minimally off-white foamy head. Yeasty, sourish “wheaty” and mildly grainy aroma with fruity notes of citrus and tangerine, as well as a tinge of horse blanket. Moderately acidic and delicately bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly grainy malty taste with very present fruity notes of mainly citrus, lingering into the acidic, dry and slightly tart finish. I doubt that the level of acidity was intended, nevertheless a likeable brew for those who are into sour beer. 03.VI.14
