50cl Bottle from Aktiv Markt. Clear dark amber colour, foamy off white head. Aroma of sugar, caramel, malts, a bit sweet. Flavour is sweet, brown sugar, toasted malts, caramel, light drying bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Seems a bit artificial somehow.

Bottle 33cl. @ [ Fastelavns Tasting Ulfborg ].Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090221]

Dark amber with a small off-white head. Caramel malty aroma with just a touch of DMS. Rich malty flavour with caramel notes, hops and a good bitterness. Full body.

Handbottled 300cl. w. swing top @ [ Ulfborg Tasting ].Unclear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, toasted, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 6.8%. Weak caramelly aroma. Clear brown colour. Very small tan head. The flavour is OK malty, there is a little sweet vinousness. Low bitterness. Roasted and creamy aftertaste. Does not taste its ABV.

bottle, pours pale gold with a thin white head. Lemon, light malt, and skunk aroma. Light and crisp lager, ends dry with a bitter hop finish. Boring, but refreshing.

(33cl bottle) Clear, dark amber to brown colour with a short and tanned foamy layer. Sweet and slightly toasted malty nose with a bready touch and present notes of alcohol. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly stale and ashy malty taste with bready notes and alcohol towards the finish. Not very complex nor rounded Bock (21.I.09).

Bottle: Clear, deep golden to light amber coloured, small lacy white head; sweetish caramelly-toasty nose; relatively dry bitter-sweet flavour, relatively light bodied as well; bitter-sweet and slightly alcoholic finish. Disappointing, mediocre Bock.............
