For this brewery, this beer is average, could be more spicy or more ginger bread, malty, bready, a bit watery, nice copper body, drinking it in the jura at some opportunities.

A classical winter beer, not the greatest one, but it is drinkable without any problem, malty, bready, spices, some hop at the final, 21.01.19, at Epalinges, buying it at Boissons service, Prilly.

Thinking of the worst nightmare of a beer hunter to try it, a 88 or Galesburg story of the Swiss punk guy but this one was acceptable, boozy, smooth, malty with a generous note of toffee at the final, classical hop, 07.11.20, from one coop, at home.

Drinking this beer, yesterday, just before the meal, in promotion in the denner, Epalinges. Nothing special, a lager for the throat, malty and bready, a bit sweet, ordinary bitterness, brewed on the German way, 26.06.24
