Ruby coloured. A rather dry, malt dominated and unusually complex lager. Loads of subtle flavours, flowery hop aroma, and a well balanced bitterness.

[BOTTLE] Pours clear copper with a rocky head. Buttery fudge aroma. Watery vody. Fkavour has some butter and roasted malt. Finish is metallic with a sharp, grassy bitterness.

Bottled - 2002 vintage. Dark amber with no head. Dusty aroma. Hugely malty, dryish and full bodied. very firm and dense maltiness, rich and wonderful. Balanced toasty bitter finish. Perhaps not overlycomplex, but wonderfully flavourful. This beer keeps getting better for every year, but sadly also harder to find.

Very quaffable; fruity-malty; the nuances of yeast, chocolate and Mandarin oranges are very subtle.

Amber; thick, chewy malt nose, and a worty, malty body that gets leaner as you go. Swedes like to lay this one down for a year or two before consuming, although it is perfectly good immediately.
