Tap at source. Clear pale with a clean apple nose, no hint of the whisky taste within. Yes, no hint of the bourbon in the nose but the first taste shocks you into reality. I don't think I've had a barrel aged cider yet. Warming sensation follow the initial bourbon taste, down the throat and clear down to the belly. Very little co2. I'm not one for whisky barrel brews, they normally don't appeal to me but I foun this cider to be very palatable and it's not too bad.

Listed simple as Rose at Snappy's in cory. Pinkish and clear. Odd, sweet nose of bananas? Some of the derby red wine is coming thru since this is brewed with their wine. Flat, probably because it was the last glass in the keg. Very good overall presentation. Enjoyable.

On tap at source. Slight haze on pale. Nose has some ginger on it, mostly apple. Ginger is up front on the taste, but it lacks the heat and spice of most ginger brews. Totally flat.

On tap at Snappers in cory. Clear pale with lots of bubbles. Slight nutty cranberry nose. Flavor is unlike any other cider I've had. I normally don't care for nuts in my brew but this one is well balanced and enjoyable. Nuts are not up front, they ride nearly hidden in the background. Cranberry is also there but not in yer face. Not bad. Nice co2 to the finish. Pretty good overall cider tasting experience. Certainly not your typical soda pop domestic hard cider.

On tap at Snappy's tap house in coraopolis. Sweet tea nose. Clear pale. Good initial co2. Chai tea flavors abound. Dry, not sweet thank you. Interesting and unique. Not bad, have not liked many previous chai brews but this is OK. Good stuff.

On tap. Listed as Old Snappers Original Hard Cider at the tap house. Decent apple nose. Slight cloudy pale. Good initial level of co2. No rude homemade apple cider attributes on the palate. Quite dry with no unfermented lingering sugar. Nice, well done domestic cider. Very much like the real stuff from the old country. Good overall cider experience.

On tap at Snappy's in Cory. Clean pale look. Very mild attractive off orange flavor. Nice friendly taste with this. So many blood orange brews are very bitter, this is not. Its well balanced and fun. No rude blood orange in this drink. Lovely.
