bottle, traded with jaghana - thank you very much! Hazy golden colour with a red glow, large off-white head, sweet fruity nose of lemonade and blueberries. Full-bodied, rather sweet and lemonade-like flavour, very blueberry-ish. Interesting and better than some other blueberry beers I have tasted. Merci beaucoup, Pascal!

bottle, thank you jaghana! Hazy brown colour, large and very creamy off-white head. Spicy nose, cinnamon. Intensive malty flavours with lots of christmasy spices like cinnamon, coriander, clove. Not too sweet, though. Some aromatic hops blend in in the lingering finish. Good one.

Bouteille (kindly delivered by Q.D.!): Golden, cloudy, firm creamy off-white head, visible carbonation; fresh grainy and lemony-zesty nose; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; sourish-yeasty finish with a sweet-malty counterpart plus a zesty aftertaste. Surprise, surprise....

Bouteille (merci, Stephane!): Cloudy, amber coloured, small off-white foamy layer with a little lace; sweet caramelly nose with nutmeg and some fruits underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, relatively light bodied; slightly lingering sweet-caramelly and hoppy, too, finish. A bit thin, but all in all a pleasant frog-eater brew......

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, wheat, malt, and a bit of lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, yeast, lemon, and a bit of wheat, leading to a dry finish.
