In the heart of Alsace, the Brasserie artisanale de Saint-Pierre passionately produces unfiltered, unpasteurized beers resulting from secondary fermentation in the bottle. We brew in an artisanal way. We pay attention to every step of the manufacturing process and use high quality ingredients.

Cloudy blond color; sticky head. Quite nice hop aroma, herbal. Just above the average, but luckly more hopped (even if the hopping gives a light metallic note).

Dark color, thin head. First impression for the aroma is roasted malt and coffee, but it’s quickly covered by a stronger aroma of yeast. The taste as well has some positive feature (some roasted malt, caramel, coffee, light malt, very light sourness…), but it’s too weak and short, to be a great beer.
