33cl bottle pours a slightly hazy, deep cola brown with some clumpy, slightly off white head. Big nose, prunes and raisins, some booze, some honey, a little toasted brown bread, chewy malt, some light candy sugar. Flavor is very earthy, whole grain bread, raw cacao pods, some earth, a little tobacco leaf, some dried apple slices, a little vanilla. Very interesting flavor. Dry, medium bodied finish. I think this would go great with a cigar.

cloudy amber colour, huge beige head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of honey and grassy, citrussy hops; taste of malty sweetness, honey-like notes and significant hoppy bitterness with ctirus; not too complicated IPA, but a well done one

Bottle, 6.5%. Roasted aroma, some salty liquorice. Almost black colour, seems clear with a red shine. Small frothy light brown head. The flavour is sweet and roasted with a little smoke and perhaps ashtray. A little salty. There is a faint unpleasant note, sour or burnt malt, but not too bad. Creamy finish.

Bottle, courtesy of Setka Pub. Pours cloudy dark brown with small tan head. Sweetish, malty aroma with touches of caramel. Ditto taste, endning slightly bitter, with touches of roasted coffee. Creamy mouthfeel. Quite decent.

On tap. Very hazy dark orange body, with a huge beige head. Grassy, piny hoppy aroma with some honey. Grassy, herby citrusy hops and some bready malts in the flavor. Decent beer.

dark red colour, minimal beige head (which immediately disappear); aroma of candy sugar; taste of roasted sugar, fruity sourness and significant hoppy bitterness; my only problem is that IT IS NOT A BELGIAN ALE AT ALL (Abbey Dubbel as style must be a joke). I would have given 3.2 as score if they had not indicated it as belgian-style ale. But as a belgian ale, it’s only 2.9 (with a lot of kindliness)

Basically, this is not an ale...it does not produce any foam at all. Regarding the tase: the only thing you can feel during tasting is: yeast. Strongly not recommended for anybody who has tasted a real ale.
