Welcome to Shed 35! A craft brewery that began at the bottom of our garden, we’re passionate about creating delicious ales.
Based in Carnoustie on the east coast of Scotland we’re still using the same perfected craft recipes, techniques and fresh ingredients as we expand our range beyond the Shed.

Bottle at ash's. Pours hazy deep amber, nose is toffee, caramel, hint of fruit, taste is sweet toffee, caramel, bit of citrus. --- Beer merged from original tick of Red Bear on 17 Jun 2024 at 14:51 - Score: 6

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - hazy orange with a thin white head. Nose - orange shred marmalade and malty bread. Taste - toffee and orange shred marmalade again. Palate - medium bodied, a bit sweet on the finish. Overall - I'm not sure I could tell this was a wheat beer base. I'd have guessed amber ale.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Aromas of marmalade and wheat. Taste is clove and orange. Bit of rubber on the finish.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - amber to brown, fairly clear. Off white head. Nose - strawberry jam, toffee and brown bread. Taste - more strawberry and brown bread. Palate - light to medium bodied, dry finish. Overall - decent.
