Bouteille. [notes 2004]

bottle, kindly donated by jaghana - merci! Cloudy orange golden with a fluffy white head. Yeasty nose. Full-bodied, bitter sweet with an immense bitterness in the lingering finish. The yeast leaves no fruity trace, underlines the dry, grassy, herbal character. Interesting.

0,33L bottle (as a gift), BB 18.07.2014. Pours clear golden with white head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is typical euro lager, with some sweetness, malt, and caramel. Taste is sweet, caramel, grains, and some hoppy bitterness. Alcohol is rather well covered. Overall: it’s not awful, but it isn’t very good either.
