Out of the all the beers I've had at fermata, this was my favorite. Nice pink cloudy brew. Initially found this to be very friendly, since I like tart & wild brews. The aroma of this is oh so nice. Makes my mouth water. First taste is bubbly freedom & fun. Co2 is cutting all over the place., nice sizzle. This stuff is really yummy. Very well done fruit sour. I never even thought I was drinking a beer. No alky to be found on the taste buds of this stuff. Over all I found nothing artificial about this tasty brew; it simply came across a fresh, well ripened raspberry fruit. Good job fermata. I really liked this.

Slight haze on clear pale. Thin head with a neutral nose. Typical saison attributes on the uptake. Perhaps some astringent bite lurking in the background. The middle brings forth some of the bandaid affect. Goodly level of co2 keeps it lively. Pretty good overall attempt at a domestic saison.

Tap at source. Slightly brown on a clear pale body. No head. Initial impression is that it has a goodly amount of carbonation with an initial friendly taste. In the middle tho, it goes towards the phenolic astringent side. Slight sweet nose becomes apparent. A little bit of slag surfaces towards the end. Not as smooth as expected for a mild beer. But, overall it is a quite quaffable brew.

Almost neutral olfactory, surprising. Cloudy pale. Taste is very yummy. Tart subdued pineapple fun. Maybe I get the guava if I look for it. Easy goind and easy to enjoy. Not bad but certainly not as good. as the rasperry sour. This is good overall with a ton of good cutting co2 in there.

OK, to call this an APA may be a misnomer; its actually kind of dark pale, almost brown. Rather clean neutral clean nose. First taste is a big surprise, its quite sharp phenolic astringent bitter. Yes this is an impact on the uptake. The taste is somewhat alarming considering the other well done brews I've had here. I'm a little nervous of this being the 'ambridge' beer considering its uncivilized character. You'd think it would be a little more civilized. Good thing it has some co2 in there to distract you. Not impressed by this one.
