Leicht eingetrübte, orange gelbe Farbe mit großer, weißer Schaumkrone. Ausgewogener malzig hopfiger Geruch mit dezenter Fruchtigkeit. Leicht süßlicher, brotiger und grasiger Geschmack, leichte Fruchtigkeit von der Hefe, Spuren von Gemüse, zudem leicht sauer. Ganz ok, kein Highlight.

Appearance: Wow, that’s a full bottle. Slow-gushing when opening. Dark orange amber-ish. Big white head.
Aroma: Light metal, earth, light malt. Light sick.
Taste: Butterscotch, light malt. Almost vegetables. Slightly tart. Not sure this is as intended.

Auch ein ordentliches Stout ist in der Hausbrauerei zu finden. Es ist gut vollmundig, auch wenn es mir einen Tick schokoladiger und cremiger sein könnte.

Tap at 100 piv. Loads of diacetyl scarring this piece. Other than than, I get moderate hops bitterness and unidentifiable hops flavours crawling beneath, dominated by sweet butter.

Ein hauseigenes Weizenbier ist in der Slowakei selten und dann noch ein gutes dazu, noch seltener. Aber dieses ist ein solides Weizen, dass vielleicht nicht die großen Fruchtaromen raushaut, aber durchaus gut ist.

From tap at Domovalsky Beer festival. Hazy golden color,with small white head. Yeast, sweet malt, honey, some fruits in aroma. Taste, heavy sweet, candies, herbal notes, some fruits, phenols. Alcohol was hidden. Not bad.

Draught @ 100 Piv, Bratislava, Slovak Replublic. Pours golden with a white head, lacings. Aroma of malt, light sourness, vegetables. Flavor is light sweet, malt, yeast, grass, sweet corn, boiled vegetables. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet finish. 130816
