Nose is brown bread, lemon rind, herb.
Taste comprises brown bread, sweet malts, caramel, citric zest.

Odd one ... tastes like a Kvass with a few slices of lemon tossed in ... not the most refreshing Radler!

Das Abschlussbier des Verkostungsabend ist dieses Weizen-Ale aus der Slowakei. Nach allerlei Imperial Stouts und Doppelböcken hat es das Bier natürlich schwer und erfordert mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Die verrückte Mamabringt uns feine Weizennoten gepaart mit feucht-freundlichen Hopfennoten. Es hat einen vollmundigen Körper mit Noten von Zitronengras und Passionsfrucht. Wenn es nach mir ginge könnte es ruhig etwas intensiver sein, denn der Aufbau ist wirklich gut.
