Description
Hailing from Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, and situated along the River Soar, the Soar Brewing Co. is a proud celebration of it’s local community. Started by Helen & Danny, landlords at The Swan Inn, they have transformed the old cleaners cupboard into the perfect micro- brewery. They make sure their beers are brewed to perfection, while also ensuring that the quality is sustained in the casks.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

3/3/2023. Cask at the 46th Loughborough Beer Festival. Pours clear ruby brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is roasted, malty, nutty, dark fruits, caramel, chocolate, berries, hint of plastic. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Slightly smoked finish. Pretty decent mild.
