Bottle opened for Xmas dinner. Pale straw with short lived bubbles. Sweet apples, fresh concentrated juice, some citrusy character and bite. Medium body and soft sparkly carbonation. Very nice. Last time I sampled the Guillevic I was in the Nicol museum garden under attack of multiple wasps.

Sampled at THT December. Clear light pink with some light bubbles. Sweet Guillevic apples, light lemon, pear, a hint of grapes, light sugary, pear skins, dry green apple. Medium sweet and tart. Solid medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.

Bottle at the pre-Borefts tasting 2019, Zaandam. Poured a clear opaque colour with little life. The aroma is crushed apple. No surprises! The flavour is strong sweet, with a crisp, fresh, light creamy vanilla, apple, light acidic palate. Medium to light bodied with average to lively carbonation.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is buttery, apples, some funk. Taste is buttery, some juicy apples, on the sweet side, but sour too somehow. Foamy carbonation. Fun.
