Appearance: Golden colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Hops, citrus, perfume, floral.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Sweet, hops, citrus, floral, some perfume.

How: Bottle.
Where: Taylor and Jones with the Twist, Stockholm.
Appearance: Black colour with a small beige head.
Aroma: Chocolate, alcohol. Some hints of spices. Try to find more spices and ginger, there might be there but drowns in the strong chocolate and alcohol.
Body: Medium body with a light carbonation.
Flavour: Chocolate, alcohol. Very little spices.
Comment: An interesting idea but the strong alcohol and chocolate malt completely dominates whatever flavour the gingerbread cookies might have brought. Can’t really hold up the strong alcohol content.

Flaska från SB. Bärnstensfärgad vätska med orange djup i färgen. Vitt tätt skum som lägger sig efter en liten stund. Pepprig doft med inslag av citronskal lägger sig framför en murrande doft av nyspolad stallbacke. Lätt sötma som snart byts ut mot en stram, torr och blommig beska. Medelmjuk munkänsla.

Bottled 330ml. -Hazy orange coloured, medium sized off-white head, fresh citrusy hoppy nose. Moderate malty, fruity and hoppy with mild notes of alcohol and caramel. Aromatic bitter hoppy finish. Not bad at all.

330ml Bottle - Amber with a slight haze. Caramel, honey, pine and nuts in the aroma. Fruity, moderately hoppy and slightly sweet taste with honey, toffee, pine and a hint of grapefruit detected.

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 11 Jan 2014) Hazy golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple, marzipan and caramel. Malty, fruity taste with tropical fruit, pineapple, caramel, orange marmalade and a generous citric, resinous bitterness in the finish. Full body, with chewy mouthfeel and a certain sweetness. Quite tasty, with a generous hop presence and a slight alcohol glow. Very nice.

Bottle. Hazy amber liquid with medium white head. Aroma of tangerine, mango, biscuit, citrus, pine, caramel and grapefruit. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of mango, tangerine, biscuit and caramel. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice but a bit too sweet.
