Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque dark brown - it really isn't black - with a small, off-white head. Nose is nutty, roasty - as in a Brown Ale. Medium body, again nutty, roasty with a slight, tart edge - I really think there's a lurking infection here. This is way closer a Brown than a Stout. 061218

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of wheat, straw, and cloves. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, wheat, and cloves, leading to a dry cardboardy finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Nose is sweet malty, some dusty hops. Rich, sweet, malty body. Light phenols from fermentation, but nothing too extreme. Dry finish with a subdued bitterness. Decently drinkable. 240818

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a dense and lacing off-white head. Odd aroma of my childhood's vitamin pills. Medium body, rich in sweet malts, but also moldy and boozy. Hard to drink for pleasure. 160818

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a small, off-white head. Aroma is....interesting. Not really beery, More like greasy syrup with a little smelly feet thrown in. Medium body, kinda sweet, brown sugar and mold with a hint of tartness. It's a bit all over the place, but not completely undrinkable. 160818
