Mild, slight buttery aroma. Appears to be orangish in color. First taste is unexpectedly somewhat astringent. That sharp bitterness carries over to the finish as well. Perhaps a little uncivilized and sharper than desired. Not bad overall.

Very light color with a slight haze. Mild sulfur vinegar aroma. Visually appealing. Mild tart taste with a little metal in the background. Not too dry, much better than my own homemade hard cider. Good co2 clear to the finish. Pretty good cider drinken experience. Does not come across like so many domestic soda like ciders, more like the old euro types.

Tap at source. Orangish brown. Mild sweet perfume aroma. You’d never know this is a strong ale from the first taste, it’s mild and laid back fer sure. A little bit of astringent bite but overall I’ve had much worse strong ales fer sure, this is quite civilized for 7+%. Little co2, but its there. Much better than expected. Pretty good actually. Some warming sensations going down the gullet in the end.

Draft at source. Very dark brown almost black. Mild friendly roasty aroma. Aroma carries over tot he taste. Mild and easy going stout that is definitely not a porter. Satisfying. Just enough roasty bitterness to let you know its stouty beer. Not bad.

Tap @ source. Go devil is an orangish brown by eye. Taste is a little astringent. Just barely. Smell is simply fresh and beery. Perhaps a little more sharp bitterness than I care for. Not bad pverall. Probably not as on style for a red ale but OK for an amber.

Tap source. Slightly darker than a typical pale ale. Fresh beery smell. Very good first impressions, mild, easy; better than most wheat ales. Lacks many of the rude attributes of most wheat ales as well. Slightly tart. Very good tasty unoffensive brew. Good co2 clear to the end. No bitterness in the finish.

My draft beer at the source was slightly died green for a Saint Patrick’s Day celebration. Interesting nose of slightly perfumy fresh cut grass. First taste is quite alky in nature, especially for a beer rated at 5.5%. Not quite as bitter as many IPA but a sharp bitterness is there none the less. A little bit of astringent bite on the finish. Overall I found this to be a little more acceptable for a style I could care less for.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy very dark brown color with a small soapy tan head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was dry and malty with a bit of vanilla. The flavor was dry and malty with cookie dough, yeast and an off buttery presence. Medium length finish with growing off notes. Medium body. Not good.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a bronze color with a small soapy orange-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweetish with tropical fruit and a bit of pine. The flavor was tangy and sweet with sugar, honey, pine and tropical fruit notes. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied. Quite pleasant.
