Cuty 18cl bottle shared at home, thanks to Nische for the bottle. Black with no head. Massive sweet coffee, fudge, thick roast, vanilla, red currants, maple syrup, dark chocolate. So much thick dessert notes! Over medium sweet, under medium sour, light bitter. Full bodied with low carbonation. Great aroma, would like it more though if it wasn’t sour.

Backlog. Denna batch 14%. Mörk, näst intill svart med knappt nån krona alls. Sött med väldigt russin och kandisocker. Stor, kletig kropp. Inte supermycket värme från alkoholen men visst märks den av lite. Kanske lite enkelspårig, väcker inte helt intresset. Finns potential men hade gärna haft lite mer djup och komplexitet.

Bottle with Pilsnertest. Pale yellow with white head and a massive amount of floaties. Lemon forward with loads of zesty tartness, grass, lemon verbena. Some tart, dry grapeskins in finish. Pity that it looks like a wreck.

Bottle from Glasbanken. Cloudy red with faint, pinkish head. Super fresh strawberry/rhubarb in the aroma. Strong, tart rhubarb in the taste. Like eating slightly sugared rhubarbs and sun ripe strawberries with cream. Tastes basically just like fresh ones. Insane balance, slightly puckering tartness. This one blows Nath out of the park. Wow!

Tap at LIVS. Deep, unclear orange with white head. Loads of funky apricot, oak, tart citrus. Light body with some complexity. Impressive apricot presence. Great!

Bottle@Peders, Copenhagen (2nd year Anniversary Party) - (13.7% version) - pours dark amber brown with a tiny beige head. Dark sweet sticky malty with notes of caramel and toffee, lots of dark dried fruit in play, somewhat singed brown sugar, full bodied, wineous, dark sweet malty into the finish.

Tap@Peders, Copenhagen (2nd year Anniversary Party) - Hazy orange pour with a white head. Juicy fruity and resonating hoppy with some lovely tangerine and mango chiming in, some grapefruit, smooth fruity palate and substantial mouthfeel, medium body, assertive hoppy finish. Gorgeous.

Tap@Peders, Copenhagen (2nd year Anniversary Party) - Black pour with a small tan head. Dark roasted malty with rich resonating chicory (wouldn’t of noticed was so much like coffee if hadn’t been told) dark roasted, treacle sweet thick mouthfeel, singed brown sugar, full bodied, some spices into the dark roasted malty into the finish.
