Bottle at home @ ZZT 2024. Dark brown to color, small to average sized off-white to beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, raisins, light booze, moderately sweetish, distant coffee, brown candy sugar, don't really get liquor but overall the flavor is very nicely balanced. A pleasant surprise. 8-8,5-8,5-8-8,5

Ik moet mijn best even doen om de whisky te ruiken, maar het zit er to h wel degelijk in, smaken zijn vrij hoog in de co2, ik vind het erg zuur, cacao, chocolade, nee, niet mijn ding dit

Bottle shared at Leeuwarden tasting. Opaque black color, small off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, smokey, peat, band aid and weird. Meh. Not good imo.

33 cl. bottle @ Dennis. Hazy orange with a white head. Yeast fruity aroma with some citrus. Sweet taste with a medium bitter finish. Nice tripel

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty malty, slightly yeasty fruity and spicy aroma, hints of banana, some clove, a peppery touch of coriander. Taste is minimally dry, wheaty and pale malty, peppery yeasty spicy, hints of mustard seed, some white pepper; spicy finish with hints of mustard seed, white pepper, coriander and horse radish. Minimally creamy, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Minimally unbalanced, unpleasant spiciness (too much mustard seed), lack of freshness due to a lack of fruitiness - underwhelming.

Magnumfles gedeeld door Tomhendriksen en gedronken met familie. Goudgeel troebel bier. Wild schuimend bij open maken en inschenken. Aroma van koriander. Smaak van koriander en fruit.
