On tap at Wandering Hop, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of dry wood, deep roast, ample hops, and some dusty dry cocoa powder. Flavour is woody, quite roasted, and a touch fruity, with lots of dry wood, ample hopping, and medium roast. Finishes dry, woody and robust. Very nicely done.

On tap at Wandering Hop, pours a minimally hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out big resinous hops, some pine, and a thick bready caramel malt base. Flavour is dry and moderately bitter, with piney hops, some resins, light seltzery notes, and dry bready malt. Balanced well, with a pleasant hop expression, but nothing extraordinary. Competent, middle-of-the-road NW IPA.

Draft pour pint, enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Pale golden yellow appearance, moderate to heavy haze with tons of cream foam head and lacing. Really nutty grain profile here. Ge the citrus and grassy hop notes, but the nutty grain lingers. Some melon hop quality. Cool finish. Unique hazy here. Enjoyed this.

Growler pour, filled at Hop and Hound Fresh Hop fest. 7th year, and it keeps getting better. A mostly clean golden pour. Moderate, lasting foam head. Lots of melon hop presence. Bold and dank. Green pepper, and grassy hop linger. Hops stand dominant over the base beer, which I'm not too surprised. Really impressionable fresh hop bill that the flavor holds on forever. Refreshing, and easy enough to kill a growler of. Solid.

Draft pour pint, enjoyed at Hop and Hound annual Fresh Hop event. Bright golden haze, lots of foam head and lacing. This fresh hop screams pineapple. Tons of pineapple on both aroma and flavor. Moderately bitter bite on the tail end of this hazy. Sharp taste. Big tropical constant. Really unique hazy. Can't believe how precise the pineapple is. Fun fresh hop.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Really didn't know what to expect from this brew, but its a special occasion beer, and I feel like celebrating with them. Plus its Wandering Hop. Its going to be good. Soft haze, golden pour. A nutty aroma that overpowers any hop nose here. Flavor is also pretty nutty. I can believe there is cake in this beer. Maybe even a slight chocolate. Its a unique taste for an IPA for sure. What a strange beer this is, but it oddly works. My favorite cake is pancakes, so throw syrup in this and see what happens.

Enjoyed a couple pints of this at Hop and Hound back in March. Can't believe it has taken me this long to get the beers up on the site. These guys are doing everything right. Haven't had a beer yet that is less than exceptional. Hazy golden orange pour, thin oily fizz head. Juicy melon fruit hops, with a fresh feel to it. Slight grittiness to the grain. A bit of an earthy profile that lingers as well, but mostly a juicy, delicious double.

Draft pour pint a few months back at Hop and Hound. Finally getting around to putting my notes on these guys up on the site. A dense, juicy, hazy orange pour. Interesting IPA, flavorful, delicious. Spicy malts is what I get up front, but it smooths out to a juicy orange fruit like hop. A crushable Mosaic treat for what was a nice, warm afternoon.

Enjoyed 3 pints over 3 days of this IPA back in August at Hop and Hound. My official Wandering Hop supplier until I finally get over the mountains and check out the new-ish brewery. Delicious, juicy IPA. Lemon yellow hazy appearance. Smooth throughout. Melon and citrus hop explosion. Always love an overdose of galaxy hops. Fruity linger, but not too sweet. A crusher. Excellent hazy. These guys get it.

Draft pour pint, enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Followed by another. A delicious IPA, no different from the other Wandering Hop brews that have come across my super local. Bright golden pour, slight hazy, thin oily head. A stand out nutty like grain on first sip, slightly crisp constant. A nice splash of citrus like hops that get slightly outweighed by the nutty grain. Very nice and refreshing flavor to this. Always enjoy a new hop showcase. Very pleasant IPA.
