On tap at Two Seasons, pours a clear copper golden with no head. Aroma brings out floral honey notes and a touch of hot alcohol. Flavour is harsh and boozy, with lots of boozy tea and harsh honey. Gasoline and harsh tea. Not good.

On tap at Two Seasons, pours a clear pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out light raspberries and a touch of floral honey. Flavour is fairly dry, with subdued floral raspberries and gentle spiciness. Dry and boozy finish. It's alright.

On tap at Two Seasons, pours a clear amber with almost no head. Aroma brings out lots cranberry and Xmas spices, with orange, clove and cranberry. Flavour is spicy and fruity, with plenty of cranberry, orange and clove. Spicy and berry-ish, fairly dry. It's decent.

On tap at Two Seasons, pours a clear dark amber with a tiny white head. Aroma is spicy and fruity, with gentle blueberry notes, moderate spiciness, subdued honey. Flavour is dry, with lots of booze, blueberry character and some spiciness. Dry, spicy and gently fruity. Not my kind of mead but it's competently made.

Flavour is very woody and quite dry, with intense honey nectar, lots of spruce, and a little spiciness and booziness. Woody, dry and spicy. It's alright.

On tap at Two Seasons, pours a clear pale golden with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out intense pepper character without the spiciness, with subdued honey character. Flavour is very spicy, with intense pepper character, high spiciness, and moderate honey nectar. The pepper character contributes both intense spiciness and flavour, so it's pretty pleasing. Good stuff.

On tap at Two Seasons, pours a clear blonde with a tiny head. Aroma brings out moderate floral honey and some nectar. Flavour is medium sweet and quite carbonated, with lots of floral beehive character, low-medium sweetness. Nice honey character despite the sugar attenuation. Good stuff.

On tap at Two Seasons, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is floral and herbal in the honey department, with pretty light and deficient honey notes. Flavour is very light, with gentle floral and herbal honey, and a touch of grassiness. Very light and lacking honey depth. Not great.
