Sample at the taproom. Clear pale yellow color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Grassy hops, tropical fruit and malt in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of grassy hop, fruity yeast and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

On draught at the taproom. The beer is a clear copper-amber color with a medium foamy off-white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of roast malt, fruit and hops. Light to medium body with flavors of caramel malt, fruit and earthy hop. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the taproom. Brown-black pour with a thin beige head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Sparse small patches of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of bourbon,, malt, vanilla and chocolate. Medium to full body with flavors of oaky bourbon, vanilla, roast malt and chocolate fudge. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and chocolate malt aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

On draught at the taproom. The beer pours a brown-black color with a medium tan head that recedes steadily to a dense film. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of piney hop, citrus and roast malt. The finish is piney hops up front with a roasty malt aftertaste. Above average overall.
