4/9/2018. Draught at Plan B, Paris. Pours black with a tan coloured head. Aroma of coffee, caramel, dark chocolate, malt and dark fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Medium to full body, oily and chalky texture, soft carbonation. Good brew.

Draught @ Enkore, Paris. Smooth, grassy and citrusy with some pine, resin and grapefruit, hints of caramely malts and stingy fruits. Okay west coast IPA.

Bottle at home from La Cave a Bulles, Paris, 20th July 18. Pours a dark brown. Aroma is Caramel and roasted malt. Taste is sweet and bitter, caramel, burnt bitter sugar, roasty, some bitter hop. It's good overall.

330ml bottle shared by vinivini at SpielBEERg in Moscow. French beer is not something that you see often in this city. Pours hazy amber with a pinkish tint. Small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, fruit, malt. Taste is heavy sweetness, toffee, fruits, fortified wine. Particularly thick mouthfeel. Tasty.

Bouteille 33cl, merci Maria, de la Cave à Bulles Paris. Orangée, col blanc-cassé légèrement crémeux. Arôme au nez houblonné résineux marqué avec une petite note épicée-levure sur le fin. Palais est malté, fin caramel; biscuité, c-hops, finement épicé, agrumes, pamplemousse et résineux avec une bonne impression de sac de houblons frais et un léger fini rappelant la menthe. Petite pointe de malt grillé sur la fin.

Bouteille de la Cave à Bulls, Paris, merci Maria. BB 04/2019. Dorée sur léger trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme est houblonné, noble sur léger rétro belge se retrouvant surtout au niveau levure, petite touche ester, et fine note épicée venant probablement du seigle. Palais est classique dans l'inspiration belge; ester, houblonné noble sur léger citronné et pointe de fleuri. Poivré délicat sur la fin, pour effervescence moyenne sur haute. Touche fruité, pêche avec côté fleuri mielleux et un effet épicé revenant sur la fin.
