(On tap) Cloudy amber with white head. Nice fresh citrus and pine aroma. Medium body with nice gentle carbonation. Fresh fruity start quickly replaced by biscuity malt which is even more quickly replaced by plenty of hoppy bitterness. Great IPA.

33cl bottle at Chris and Ruth’s House. Dark brown beer with a mid-sized beige head. Aroma of sweet dark malt, coffee, mild roasted malt. Taste of intense sweet malt, coffee, Honey, liqourice.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy amber, rich firm head. Grapefruity nose with some bell pepper. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity malt with plenty of grapefruit, notes of toffee. Habanero heat creeps up on you, but never assaults you. Balanced and enjoyable. Is it the same as their Påskeld?

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Dark brown, beige head. Coffee and licorice up front, some bell pepper. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Salmiak and tar, caramel and fudge. Freshly cut bell pepper meets coffee in a warming finish.
