Draught at Beer Market in Jaffa. Cloudy dark amber with a medium off-white head. Nice floral and citric hops aroma with some biscuity/caramelly malt. Flavor has some sweetish malt, a bit caramelly, light grainy notes and some citric hops flavor with a mildly bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Decent and easy-drinking.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with a medium off-white head. Somewhat yeasty aroma with overripe fruits, a bit of floral hops, malt, and a spicy note. Sweetish flavor, slightly spicy, with caramel, yeast, fruits, malt (a bit bready), grainy hints and a slightly drier finish with light hoppy bitterness. Light-medium-bodied. Drinkable but kinda amateurish.

Bottle at Mivshelet Ha’Am. Slightly hazy amber. Aroma of floral and citric hops, some fruitiness and a bit of malt. Sweetish flavor with malt, a bit of caramel, hints of toasted bread, some fruitiness, light graininess and a mildly bitter hoppy finish with citric hints and light alcoholic touches. Medium-bodied.

Bottle sample, small head, clear golden to light orange colour, light aroma of wood and muscat grapes with some vinegar in the back, you can just detect the wine yeast, flavour of wine vinegar and some malt, quite sour but mellowed by some woodiness, lonfg sour aftertaste. Complex and quite good now, but certainly a beer for the long haul.

Re-rate 3/7/12: Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks Dagan. Clear golden. Very good aroma of oak, brett and fruits. Slightly sourish flavor with some fruits and a bit of brett. Medium-bodied. Not bad, but the aroma promises more than the flavor delivers. 8/3/6/3/13=3.3

Draught at Casa Nova. Hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma has some malt, a bit of yeasty notes, corn and a bit of floral hops. Sweetish flavor of malt, pretty grainy with light (somewhat subdued) fruity esters and a finish with very light hoppy bitterness and a sour hint. Somewhat immature and a bit bland, but still easy-drinking and not too bad overall.
