Draught @ Tullen 2a Lång. Pours hazy tiny burnt golden with a frothy and fluffy white head that leaves some thick sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty, tiny floral and tiny earthy with crackers, cereal, white bread, hay, dry soil, pear skins and lemon peal. Taste is sweet, tiny bitter, malty and tiny floral. Mouthfeel is crisp, round, tiny sparkling and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and tiny bitter with white bread, crackers, cereal, oatmeal flakes, unfermented wort, hay, dry soil and lemon peal. Decent stuff. Refreshing on a hot summer day. Draught at 3 små rum, May 18, 2015.Clear dark brown color, medium sized tan head. Malty, a bit sweet, yeasty, hoppy, rubbery phenolic scent. Sweet, caramel, yeasty, bitter, estery, alcohol, flower stems taste. Warming alcohol. Bitter, flower stems aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, high sort of harsh bitterness, possibly enhanced by yeast.
