24/1/2026. Bottle at ITFC Beer share. Courtesy of Boris, cheers! Lively pour, pale gold, hazy, big frothy head. Very lemony, herbal, medicinal. Touch spicy. Very lively. Not really a fan.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy-spicy, slightly floral and minimally piney, hoppy aroma, notes of fresh hay, petals, spicy pale malty background with a touch of salty cracker, yeasty spicy overtones with a touch of mustard seed. Taste is grassy-spicy, slightly floral and minimally piney hoppy, slightly spicy, pale malty, minimally funky, yeasty spicy, notes of fresh hay, petals, a touch of mustard seed and dill. Oily-watery texture, dry palate, medium to coarse, prickly to lively carbonation. Almost more Saison than Pale Ale for me, nice spicy aspects, sadly a bit overcarbonated - enjoyable.
