So apparently a pyment is a type of mead but bartender unaware and so i am I and so is google. Looks similar to the meads here, same shade of honey yellow. However the texture is quite different. Wouldn’t quite say sparkling though. You do get white grape and white white wine and honey,

Thinner looking shade as all these meads so up the transparency filter. Nose is light lemon honey. Tastes the same not much on this one.

Looks just like the other meads here a dull yellow slight cloudy. Nose is fruity but not overly. Tastes of mango and pineapple mostly, some honey sure

Similar looking dull yellow to all these meads. Foamier head. Honey and key lime. Really does taste like the pie. Some of buttery crust with tart limes and honey replaces merrangue. Easy drinking

Light cloudy gold small head. Nose is semi sweet honey. Tastes of florals, sweet wildflower honey, light apple, white grape. Quite tasty.

On tap-offwhite dissipating head-hazy copper. A-ginger, honey. T-follows, sweet.
