Pours pale gold with a lingering white head. Lacing. Light, grainy aroma. Grainy, bready malt flavor with mild hops bitterness. Light bodied and balanced.

A style of flavored stout” doesn’t capture this beer well, but it was that, flavored sour, or the very generic “flavored - other”. 2019 release - pours very dark brown with minimal head. It smells of red wine and roast malt. The flavor is pretty wine forward with grapes, a mild tartness, and roast malt. It blends together well. I don’t know what it was like when first released, but with three years on it, it’s a smooth and tasty brew. Very unusual.

Pours very hazy pale yellow. It smells of citrus and other tropical fruit and a little hop resin. The flavor is fruity and juicy with citrus joined by moderate hop bitterness and some resin. Quite good.

Not sure sour ale is right, but RB doesn’t have a vinobeer category and these unusual barrel aged brews have that tartness. Anyway, it pours lightly hazy pale yellow with no head. It smells of honey, florals, oak, and grapes. The flavor is sweet with grapes, oak, a little tartness. Overall it’s just a smooth, balanced, very tasty experience.

The aroma is of apricot and oak. The flavor is moderately tart with the apricots and oaky barrel flavors combining well with some funk. Very good.

Pours very dark brown with a small lingering light tan head. It smells of smoky roast malt. The flavor is that smoky roast malt and some coffee. It’s smooth but not all that sweet. Good balance. Maybe it could be more intense. Good though.

Deep red pour with minimal head. The aroma has strong earthy, funky, horse blanket smells with grapes and other dark fruit. The flavor is earthy, funky, and tart with cherries and grapes. To me the oak only came through slightly if at all. The earthy horse blanket thing is stronger than I’d like. This is another creative, unusual brew.

This is the strangest looking beer I have ever seen. It looks like a pink purée or a strawberry milkshake. It’s thick. The server told me it was near the bottom of the keg. There’s a wild yeast and guava smell. The flavor is very tart, funky, and there’s some sweet fruity guava taste. It’s certainly different. I’m not even sure what style to call it. They say it’s a farmhouse beer, but maybe it should be listed as a flavored sour or even just a generic fruit beer. It’s truly an odd brew.

Pours black with a small head. It smells of funk, grapes, and roast malt. It tastes of grapes, roast malt, tartness, and a little chocolate. It’s medium bodied and certainly interesting. This brewery is doing some pretty unique work.

Pours very hazy, pale mustard yellow (not French’s bright yellow mustard, but actual mustard). It doesn’t say “hazy” like another ipa on the menu but it sure looks like it. The aroma is mainly citrus hops. The flavor is more citrus hops with moderate bitterness or more. Medium bodied. There’s some malty background but not the level of sweetness of many hazy IPAs.
