Pint at the brewery. Pours a clear, amber color, with a big, frothy, beige head. The aroma is beautiful malts, caramel, orange zest, rye bread, and cardamom. Sweet and malty, with a nice, mellow bitterness. Simple and enjoyable.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, white head. The nose is beautiful roasted chile aroma up front. Quite smooth and hot. Light, crisp, and clean. Showcases the chile nicely.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a hazy-ish, orange color, with a small, white head. The nose is apricot, passion fruit, light honey, resin, and gentian. Not overly sweet, with a sharp bitterness. Quality, aromatic IPA.

Taster at the brewery. Pours black, with a nice, dense, tan head. The aroma is caramel, milk chocolate, light pine, vanilla, and hay. Sweet and sugary, with a good, chalky, mellow bitterness. Smooth and balanced.

Taster at the brewery. Pours black, with a medium, foamy, tan head. The nose is dark chocolate, juniper berries, faint peanuts, cappuccino, and black pepper. Sweet and malty, with a touch of bitterness. Medium body, with a syrupy, slick palate. This is a solid stout.

Proper pint at the brewery. Pours a hazy-ish, orange color, with a big, frothy, off-white head. The aroma is mellow espresso, baking chocolate, walnut, pine sap, and caramel. Sweet and sugary, with a lovely, roasty bitterness. Heavy body and creamy. Lovely.
