Tap at the brewery. Pours black, with a fair, brown head. Pine sap, coriander, pecan, bittersweet chocolate, and chicory. Sweet and very roasty, with a fair, musty and resinous bitterness. Heavy, syrupy, with a burnt, acrid finish. Aggressive and odd, but it works quite well.
