On tap at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, beige head. The aroma is figs, dates, caramel, toffee, and dark chocolate. Sweet and chewy, with a little bitterness for balance. Heavy and thick palate. This is a hefty and enjoyable stout. The Belgian character makes it unique.

Pint at the brewery. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a big, foamy, white head. The aroma is hay, lavender, lemon peel, and light juniper. Dry and dusty, with a sharp bitterness. Crisp and sticky. This is a solid, tasty IPA.

Pint at the brewery. Pours an unclear, orange color, with a big, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is papaya, spruce, butterscotch, dust, and light caraway. A little dry, with a smooth bitterness. Medium body, with a crisp, lightly astringent palate. This is a simple and solid IPA.

Pint at the brewery. Pours black, with a medium, bubbly, tan head. The aroma is cinnamon and chocolate, cedar, chalk, some peat, and maple smoke. Balanced sweetness, and a light and pleasant bitterness. Surprisingly light, with a malty, clean palate. This is a delicious stout, with a unique woody character.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear, dark brown color, with a big, bubbly, tan head. The aroma is mild earth, toffee, cardamom, cocoa powder, and pecans. Sweet and malty, with a dusty bitterness. Some yeast character. Medium body, with a creamy, thick palate. Fun and yeasty beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear, reddish, orange color, with a medium, thick, grey color. The nose is rosemary, tart cherries, honeysuckle, and lemon zest. Sweet and dusty, with a mellow, tart flavor. Light body, with a slick, acidic palate. This is a solid and complex sour. Some odd character, but enjoyable.

Sample at the Feast of Saint Arnold. Pours a clear, bronze color, with a small, tan head. The aroma is caramel, mild earthy hops, cinnamon, rye, and walnuts. Sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, with a sticky, malty mouthfeel. This is a lovely, malt-forward beer, with good English hops.

Half pint at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange color, with a small, white head. The aroma is corn syrup, rose water, cloves, and apricot. Overly sweet, with a strange, acrid bitterness. Light body, with a thin and oily mouthfeel. This is a poor, overly sweet saison.

On tap at the brewery. Pours dark brown, with a medium, grey head. The nose is leather, prunes, brown sugar, and almonds. Sweet and sugary flavor, with no bitterness. Light to medium body, with a thin and watery palate. This is a reasonable brown, but unbalanced and weak.

Sample at the Feast of Saint Arnold. Black, with a small, tan head. The nose is strong coffee, bittersweet chocolate, pecans, vanilla, and syrup. Very sweet, with a light bitterness. Medium to heavy body, creamy, and a bit astringent. This is a really coffee-forward beer, and really tasty.
