On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, khaki, head. Peppermint is dominant in the aroma. Some light coffee, cocoa, and cloves. Very sweet flavor. Medium body, with a chalky, syrupy mouthfeel. This is a really fun, creative beer. Surprisingly tasty!

On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy, bright gold color, with a very persistent, frothy, beige head. Lots of hop flakes or dead yeast floating about, and stuck in the head. Orange cream, sawdust, cypress, honeysuckle, and pine. Sweet and sugary, with a smooth bitterness. Light to meduim body, with a very smooth, velvety mouthfeel. This is a lovely, aromatic, and easy IPA.

On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours very dark brown, almost black, with a thin, tan head. The aroma is molasses, burnt toast, coffee, some earthy notes, and old leather. Sweet and roasty, with a mild bitterness. Medium body, with a syrupy, oily, and slick mouthfeel. This is a dark, malty brown ale, bordering on a stout. Nicely done.

On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours a clear, light yellow color, with a medium, off-white head. The aroma is ripe apple, hay, and nail polish. Sweet, with a sharp, metallic bitterness. Light body, with a crisp, acrid mouthfeel. This is a light, crisp pilsner, but something is off.

On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours a pale, clear, orange color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is light hay, pine, cream, and an odd, band-aid note. Sweet and malty, with a light, sharp bitterness. Light to medium body, with a thick, sharp mouthfeel. This is a pretty fair blonde, but the off aroma is difficult to get past.

On tap in a flight at the brewery. Pours a dark, unclear, bronze color, with a small, tan head. The aroma is strong pumpkin, nutmeg, syrup, pine, and resin. Sweet, and surprisingly bitter. Medium to heavy body, with a sticky, astringent mouthfeel. Pretty nice.

Sampled at the Feast of Saint Arnold. Pours a pale, clear, reddish-yellow, with no head. There is pulp floating about. The nose is distinct watermelow, with some vanilla, black pepper, and light lemon. Sweet and fruity, with no bitterness. Very light body, acidic, sharp, with a clean finish. This is a true watermelon beer - there is very little else. Quite tasty and refreshing, though.
