Sample at the 2023 Wisconsin IPA Fest at Third Space, 8/5/23. New brewery! Brewery # 2198, USA # 1793, Wisconsin # 204. Hazy copper, medium tan head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, caramel. Taste is pine, grapefruit, caramel, cotton candy. Moderate bitterness.

Real classic Belgian vibes with a lot of hoppiness. The African Queen hops are perfect here. Probably my favorite from them thus far.

That is really tasty. Sorta like a funky saison but with lots of Malbec grape. This brewery just opened this year. May they continue to embrace the funk!

Literally the only thing I tasted was rye whiskey. I tried so hard to find any other flavor. Incredibly overpowering. Would probably be good blended with some younger, unaged barrels. Still, as a glass of mild whiskey, it’s good...for half a glass.
