Fläschla: Almost clear, reddish-chestnut-amber coloured, small and rather quickly collapsing off-white head; bitter-sweet aroma of toasted malt and grassy hops; dry bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied and a bit harsh; slightly lingering tart grassy and malty finish. Thin and unharmonic! Another disappointing brew from a less than mediocre franconian brewery...

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, ruby amber colour with a short and off-white foamy layer. Malty aroma with notes of bread crusts, toasted cereals, caramel and delicately spicy hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim toast-maslty base with caramel and crusty notes, getting slightly grainy and nutty towards the finish. Unfortunately a tad too slim, otherwise likeable. 05.I.18

Frischer, hopfig herber Beginn. Die Herbe nimmt schnell zu, hell würzig, die Malznoten sind für ein Pils intensiv. Die Hopfennoten gefallen und bleibend bis zum Ende erhalten, geringe Bitterkeit. Spritzig, gut. 9/10/10/10/9/10
