Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Starts mild, malty, sweetish notes. Interesting hints of cinnamon, some herbs as well. Light sourish hints of lemon. Interesting combination. Finish more balanced. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Bottled 330ml. -Dark amber coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, toffee and light pet food in the nose. Sweet malty, toffee, light herbal and bit nutty with touch of pet food in rather dry finish.

A hazy golden yellow beer with a small white head. Aroma of dry grainy malt, straw, cereals, floral hops. Taste of mild herbal and spicy hops, pale malt, straw, moderate bitterness.

500 ml bottle. Dark amber brown with a foamy head. Caramel, metal, candy sugar, citrus. Metallic bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, soft carbonated, dry metallic malty bittersweet finish. A Dunkles like many others around, certainly not the Franconian quality you would expect (well it’s from Lower Franconia).

330 ml bottle. Pours unclear golden with a foamy head. Very bready, grainy, hay and straw, grassy, slightly citrusy. Mild dryness, grainy sweetness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, soft carbonated, grainy sweet finish. This is indeed a very well made mild Helles, usually not a fan of this, but this works well!
