bottle from biershop-bayern.de. Clear amber colour, large white head, very persistent. Malty aroma. Full-bodied, intensively malty with hints of toffee fudge and roast flavours. Lingering finish with a touch of hops.

Small bottle, looks good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Starts quite mild, modest malty, a bit alcoholic. Finish more dry, hint of caramel, all in all too mild for a good bock. Average.

Bottle, from trade with Maria. It’s a clear, golden beer with a small, white head on top. The aroma is on the hoppy side with grass and pine cones, some pale malts chime in. Dry, medium body with nice carbonation. The maltyness is much more evident in the flavor, crackers and pale malts, with the hops lurking in the back, giving some bitterness. Crisp finish. A rather pleasant and easy drinkable beer, but there’s a touch of metal in the far end, that’s slightly annoying. 110708

Bottle, from trade with Maria. It’s a clear, a bit pale golden beer and the head is finger-thick and white. Very fruity one the nose, slightly flowery and spicy too, putting the maltyness in the back. The flavor has a nice bitterness, a pleasant malty touch and flowery and citrusy hops. Medium body and pleasant carbonation. Bitterness and fruits in the finish. A very tasteful and pleasant pilsner, it even tastes quite nice when it warms up a bit. 110601

Ausgewogener malzig-süßer Antrunk mit dem genau richtigen Schuss Herbe. Später auch dezent bitter, die Malzigkeit verharrt, fällt aber sop hinter den anderen Aromen zurück. Etwas grasig, der Hopfen zeigt sich leicht. Zum Ende langweiliger, trocken und weniger harmonisch, die Bitterkeit steht im Vordergrund. In Ordnung. 7/8/8/6/8/7

Herber, leicht karamelliger Antrunk. Das Malz wird hierbei noch vollmundiger, gleichzeitig aber auch trocken.Insgesamt kaum intensiv, in Teilen wässrig, minimal bitter. Das Malz bildet sich zurück, im Abgang kommt aber wieder die karamellige Note hervor.Ein Bier, das man schnell wieder vergisst. 8/6/7/7/8/7
