Bottle: Pale golden to golden, medium-sized - slowly collapsing - white head; sweetish-grainy to pale-malty nose with a very faint illusion of hops, almost a bit bready; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium-bodied as well; still delicate, but increasing "Woody" hoppiness towards the moderate sweet-bitter finish. Good Helles.....

Bottle: Extremely clear - or better "polished" - golden, small to mid-sized slowly diminishing white head; slight aromas of unmalted barley in the sweetish nose; mild sweetish-bitter flavour, not too light bodied, but a bit sticky; short sweetish finish with a nearly undetectable bitterness in the aftertaste. Should be better called "Blech" ("brass").........

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweetish bready malts along with some grains and mild grassyness. Flavour is quite much the same, but really dominated by quite oily and floral hoppyness all the way through. Semibiting carbonation, which suits the very oily palate quite well.
