Bottle, 5.4%. Clear orange colour. Small stable white head. Mild malty flavour, has a little hop, but not so spicy. Medium bitterness. Not so interesting, but OK.

Bottle, 6.6%. Almost clear brown colour. Almost no head. The flavour is nicely caramelly, slightly sweet. Has a good alcohol level and a bit of bitterness to balance. Good spicy hoppiness.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear deep amber with an off-white head. Some roasted malt in the nose. Medium body, roasted malt and a little nuts. A rather rough and unsophisticated bitter finish. Not a very good Bock. 190210

Nice hoppy nose, which showed a lot of promise. But mouth was mainstream accented, dry and finish lacked much hop presence.

Malty. Smooth. Sweet. Lots of cereal notes. Decent, but nothing outstanding.

Bottle: Chestnut-amber coloured, quite stable off-white head; solid roast-malty and nutty nose with a tinge of molasses; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, quite soft; hops and molasses and dark malt in the finish. A well balanced, complex brew.......
