Keg at the brewery, 12/7/21. Bartender described this as the exact recipe of the Meatball Man Amber, but a half size batch. Clear brown, frothy head, good retention. Aroma of vanilla, toffee, raisin. Taste is cherry, spice, booze, caramel. Full bodied .

12 ounce bottle from Festival Manitowoc, 7/10/21. Hazy gold, large foamy white head, floating particles. Good head retention. Aroma of lime juice, coconut, vanilla, pale malt. Taste is coconut, coconut oil, lime, pale malt. Juicy, decent balance. Kinda one note. Decent.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 6/17/21. Clear red, thin head, fair retention, Aroma of caramel, earth, cherry like fruits. Taste is stone fruit, caramel, earth, a bit of raisin. Tad bit thin. Solid Irish ale.

Bottle thanks to Drake! Clear dark brown with a small beige head. Roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa nose. Cocoa, roasted malt, brown leaf, black tea, nuts. Simple, but simple good.

First beer from this brewery thanks to Drake! Bottle. Gold, hint of haze, off-white head. Peach, floral hops, citrus nose... very aromatic and nice. Nectarine skin, orange peel, light pine, resin, hints of tropical fruit. Nice IPA.
