Keg at the brewery, 12/7/21. Bartender described this as the exact recipe of the Meatball Man Amber, but a half size batch. Clear brown, frothy head, good retention. Aroma of vanilla, toffee, raisin. Taste is cherry, spice, booze, caramel. Full bodied .

Keg at the brewery, 12.7.21. Clear Amber large creamy tan head good retention. Aroma of yeast, plum, spice, honey. Taste is bready malt, honey, citrus. Crisp. Nice.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman’s Appleton, 11/20/21. Clear copper, medium off-white head, good retention. Aroma of caramel, cherry, toast. Taste is toast, grain, toffee, caramel, dark fruits. Well balanced. Nice.

12 ounce bottle from Festival Manitowoc, 7/10/21. Hazy gold, large foamy white head, floating particles. Good head retention. Aroma of lime juice, coconut, vanilla, pale malt. Taste is coconut, coconut oil, lime, pale malt. Juicy, decent balance. Kinda one note. Decent.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 6/17/21. Clear red, thin head, fair retention, Aroma of caramel, earth, cherry like fruits. Taste is stone fruit, caramel, earth, a bit of raisin. Tad bit thin. Solid Irish ale.

Keg at the brewery, 11.1.20. Clear copper large creamy tan head good retention. Aroma of cherry, toffee, toast, a bit of butter. Taste is caramel, cherry, toast, hint of anise. Medium bodied crisp. Could be more bitter for an alt but pretty good.
