Keg at IMBC ‘19, session 2, 04/10/19. Clear light pinkish to orange with a faded crimson cap. Nose is sharp citric zest, strawberry yoghurt, light herb, damp grass. Taste comprises tangy strawberries, quite an acidic rip, pink berry sherbets, balsa wood, damp cloth, lemon drizzle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a rising level of acidity. Decent.

Taste comprises coconut shavings, pineapple, grass, citric pith, lemon zest. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic twinge. Fun enough sour ... carries the pina colada vibe well if with a somewhat muted nose.

Draft at 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a pitch black with ruby highlights and almost no head. Cacao nib, fudge and light licorice on the nose. Some vanilla as it warms. Oak on the palate, more chocolate. Lowish carbonation, very smooth. Bourbon and fudge on the finish. Abv hidden well.

Draft at 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a mostly clear cream soda color with a finger of white soapy foam that lingers. Coffee forward on the nose with light vanilla and cream soda notes. Leans sweet on the palate. A bit light with more cream soda, vanilla and coffee. Barrel feels light but definitely a smooth, rounded mouthfeel.

Draft at 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a light chestnut brown color with a finger of beige head that dissipates. Big cinnamon forward nose with light cinnamon roll icing aromas as it warms. Easy drinking, light bodied. Cinnamon really shines through. Finishes a bit quick with a big red, fireball like note. Drier finish.

Draft at 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a clearish strawberry copper color with a tiny bit of foam. Big strawberry nose with some kiwi underneath as it warms. Strawberry and kiwi mixed with some sweetarts flavor as it opens up. Young kiwi on the finish with a touch of seed astringent to balance it out. Texture is nice and coating. Solid.

Draft at 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a deep ruby red with good legs and a small bit of off-white foam that dissipates. Big jammy raspberry nose with floral honey notes and strawberry. Tart berry on the palate, wildflower honey and light wood as it warms. Lingering raspberry and strawberry on the finish with lingering honey. Good body and not overly acidic.

Keg at indy man beer con 2019. A clear purple red coloured pour with a a halo of pink head. Aroma is intense jammy raspberry, strawberry, wood, light tart. Grate. Flavour is composed of inrmtense jammy fruit, spicy raspberry, strawberry, sugary, shurbet,. Palate, medium sweet, Stixky highish prickly carbonation. Super intense.
